NWO UJ Top ten

This year instead of strictly a complex mathmatical formula, I will use the formula in conjuction with Voters to establish a NWO top ten. This will be regardless of division, just a flat top ten. The new formula will be 50% UJ points system which will assign a number of points to each team, 50% will be the pollsters which will vote on the teams which has its own formula for points. The reason for the 50/50 % is UJ points takes into account, leagues,Divisions and opponents. That is the ONLY ;D part of the formula in my eyes that is flawed. Pollsters seem slanted towards their schools or leagues, so together we will get a real picture of softball in NWO.

I will be sending invites to 10 people in NWO, with an objective to get the best cross section of voters possible.

I will watch the board and its posters in the next few months and send out invites, once I have ten, I will ask each voter to submit to me a list of their top tens, Pre-season, each week during the season and post season.


Anybody interested in becoming a UJ pollster, may PM with The School they root for, and why they root for them.

I could give you a lot of imput since we play a lot of Toledo area teams and our league the NOL is for the most part not coverd by the Toledo media.

SLL (2)

The other 2 posters can be from any league but the NLL, those pollsters were easy to find lol.



*I always viewd the NOL as NorthCentral Ohio, if I am wrong I would be willing to add them to the poll.*

Ok we need 5 More...PM me if interested, with the school you root for or the league you know best. A reason why you root for a school or league..i.e. DD goes to school, Played @ school, coach or coached @ school, live by school etc lol. Nothing personal ;D

Uber, I would consider only Shelby and Galion as Central Ohio teams. And Willard on the edge. The arguement I would offer is that the Northwest Ohio ALL District games are played in Fostoria every year and the head of that is Walt Snyder from Bellevue. Both members of the NOL. And I believe most of the teams are in the Northwest district when selections are made. Not sure about exact numbers.
