We have an updated list of the teams entered. If we need to adjust the number of teams in each bracket we will do so. So if you are thinking (for example) 12u is filling up we wil add more teams to that age group.

Softball Merchants will be a vendor at our tourney. They sell bats, gloves and a lot of stuff to do with softball. In about a week we will have their web site link on our web site.

Hello again I forgot something else. One of the events we are doing is raffling off various items. Softball merchants will be donating something, Subway is donation a $25 gift card and we will have more (hopefully a lot more) we will also have at least one High end bat to raffle off (possibly two or three). Here is how it works: You DO NOT buy the raffle ticket you bring in a non perisable food item. If you bring in 10 cans of food items then you get 10 raffle tickets. All food will go to the local food bank. No money involved just your food :). At the end of the first games on Sunday we will start raffling off the items; we choose this time so that everyone is still there and can take it with them at that time. We call this "can of corn" for hunger. i will update list of items and merchants as we get them. Merchants will have a link on our web site.

Bring food, lots of it

Update on some things I am working on. Just got off the phone witht he Akron Racers and it is very possible that they will be at our tounament with a couple of their players. Also I was told that whoever enters our tounament will get a special price on tickets. Their opening weekend(starting thursday) is the same date as our tourney. they are also willing to give something to raffle ff for our food drive. I will get more information as it becomes available.
