Also as you can see we are in need for one more 16u team and a few 10u teams. We have a lot going on here from Akron Racers on site to some really great give aways for the food drive. Thats who I talked to. I am holding a spot for Stingrays 14u for a few days; so 14u is also full. If interested and age is full, still contact us with information. It will be first come first serve if anyone drops out. We need 10u teams if anyone would have fun with this tourney (i know all will) its this age group. The walk way should be lined up with canopy's:

Kettle corn, Snow cones, Softball Merchants, Glove Doctor, Akron Racers (on Saturday), Secondand Harvest food bank, we are going to try to get the media out there, I have email about 35 colleges (will email more), Dont for get about the raffle for the food bank, we have a lot of nice stuff we are giving away. Just bring some non perishable food. Where is some of our local teams; Heck we support them by going to their tourneys how about a favor in return.

We are going to have a egg throwing contest on Route 304; she how many cars you can hit. Well.......not really just trying to get your attention; that would be cool though.

We have axcess to other fields right down the street; but we wanted to keep everything in one spot. We will have those fields available in case we need them to make up some time (rain delay). My question is: Do you (as a team) like everything in one spot....vendors, special attractions and so on? Do you like the "festive" atmosphere? (which we will have) Does something like that make you want to enter a tourney?? Email or post your thoughts.

Per Warren Jones, ASA State Director, the awarded berths for ASA Eastern National Qualifier tournaments in the state of Ohio.

0 to 14 teams entered in an age group – 1 berth
15 teams entered in an age group – 2 berths
20 teams entered in an age group – 3 berths

As a result, 1 berth per age group will be awarded at our tournament.

Disappointed my dd's 14u Cyclone team did not get in She played with the Blast organization for 2 years and was looking forward to this tournament.

The entry fee for 10U has been reduced to $275 (4GG) for our tournament. Currently have 3 spots open at 10U. Will accept the next 3 teams that pay in full.
