Ok .. here is where we are ... THANKS FOR being patient .. the clinic really did tie us up for a week... just last night was I able to sit down and think about this. Originally we thought 5 teams, 5 games, 55 min. With 4 teams we will lengthen the games to 70min, 90min on Sunday. If we can get 5 teams we can go back to the original 5 game schedule.

Nov 28/29th - we have the facility from 6pm until 2am Saturday (I am thinking last game starts around midnight), and again Sunday at 9am - Noon.

We have the 12u Lady Mustangs, Lancaster Pride, Hawks 97 in so far (we could put another Hawks team in if needed) - would like 1 more team in. I need to get in touch with xplosion 12u - hope they can come.

Dec 5/6th - Hawks 98 Black, Hawks 98 Gold, Cinci Static, Xplosion 11u. - Same times. Blazers 98 - are you in?

4 teams gives us 3 games, Sat and 1 game each on Sunday.
Sunday games can be longer - 90 min with start times at 9am, 10:30am.

Saturday games are 70min in length.

Start times of 6pm, 7:15, 8:30, 9:45, 11pm, 12:30 - six games total - true RR.

Anyone else interested?

Fee is $250, it all goes to umpires and facility (when you see it you will know why - it is awesome) - your girls can use the hitting lanes between games as well.

No charge... we will be selling hot dogs, snacks, etc to help pay for umpires, facility, etc.. but no admission charge - all FREE!
