Ohio Wave 12U I heard that you will also be running a 12U and 10U Indoor league this winter as well. Will you be posting information about that on here soon? Also how many teams will you be able to handle in the indoor league?

The schedule for the 10U/12U leagues will be posted very soon. We are still ironing out the complete schedule because we have a lot going on in the building. We have Hillhouse coming back on regular basis as well as Dave Paetkau coming back for hitting clinics as well as Wave practices and training. We have be sure we don't interfer with those. We recently purchased the small building in front of the Academy and the plan is to turn that into a "video analysis (Rightview Pro)" room and "Pitching House" with multiple pitching lanes which will free up field space. I'm just not sure we'll get it done before we start the leagues so we need to make sure the schedules will work. Stay tuned, we'll post shortly.

Ohio Wave 12U - The pricing for the winter tournaments, is that based on two or more teams in the same age group or is that for organizations that would enter teams in both age divisions?

Either/Or footwear. If you have a 10U team and a 12U team, you would get the discount if you wanted to put a team in both tournaments.

I think that we need to put the information about our winter indoor leagues for both 10U and 12U on here as well. I am not sure of the dates but maybe you can start a seperate thread.

Ooops, I had the wrong dates listed on the OFC for the 10U tournament. The 10U dates are Dec. 15th & 16th - (Not Dec 8th & 9th as previously listed). Sorry for mix-up. The info on our website, www.ohiowave.com, is correct.

Manitou Dan there is still room to get in to the 12U tournament. I think that the 10U has a few spots as well.

These are affordable and fun events. Teams also get to use the batting cages as well for warm-ups. If interested just drop me a line.

10U: Can't turn 11 before Jan. 1
12U: Can't turn 13 before Jan. 1

Remember, if both teams play, you get the discount.

You can go to our website at www.ohiowave.com and click on the "tournaments in Greenville" link and a registration form can be downloaded there. Just mail that in by December 10th and your position will be secured.

I think that there are 3 or 4 10U teams entered right now. One is from Indiana and the other two are from Ohio. Not sure of the names, I do not have the registration forms in front of me. We can handle up to 6 teams.
