Hitter,

I can guess only one of two things are happening here...

1. You are ignorant of the tournament and the teams that played in it...or...

2. You are trying to slam a team that did well in this tournament and in the process of trying to "subtly" slam a team you have a problem with, you have insulted every team that played in this tournament.

Hmmm... good luck with that one... it seems to be working well for you ;)

He wasnt slamming anyone he was responding to the post from Lady Knights......... there was no shot across anyones bow..... knowing him like I do hes a better shot than that.

Well, im pretty sure i dont need to guess that:

1. You are way too sensitive
2. I have absolutely no clue who you are and dont really care.
3. I am in awe of your infinite wisdom (all 13 posts of it)

Exactly, I could do better than that without a scope.

How does a team determine if it is an "a" team or "b" team? Is there a certain guideline that teams follow or is it based upon the opinion/expectations of the coach? I only ask because you see a lot of teams designating themselves as such or by calling themselves "gold" or "black" or ..........

There are some organizations that uses all colors of the rainbow and more to identify their team (Lasers is one that comes to mind). Some organizations may lable their teams "16 Gold" and "16 Black" to designate that the gold team is the better of the two. (I am undecided about that practice)

Now.. I subscribe to the "Theory of Expectation". If I expect my team is a B team (and only played B) and did very well, then the team reach my "Expectations". Now if I entered the same team in A and they did OK but did not reach the level of success as they would have in B... the answer would lie in which level elevated their overall performance?

Doing good in B
Doing ok in A

From my experience... it is the later. When you raise the bar the learning generally exceeds the expectation you set with the lower bar.

OK, how many did I lose during this diatribe?
