Got to see some great softball tonight. Lots of great teams with lots of great athletes. I would like to give a friendly shout out to the young lady who was playing shortstop for the miami county flames. Great athlete in general, great footwork, great arm. Good job whoever you are.

It was a fun weekend. Pleased to see our pitchers hitting spots to their first live batters since October. Pleased to see our our hitters improving despite little work in the gym. Good to see some aggressive base running. Played well in spots defensively and tried to implement some new ideas, but its a work in progress and they will get better. BTW OFC Heat Orange/Bats score was either 9-8 Heat or 9-9 tie. Confusion was over a run scored by the Bats on a bouncer to short where short tagged out a runner advancing to third. Plate ump scored the runner from third to home prior to the tag by short. The out was the third of the inning. That was the only run in question. Congrats to all the teams that came out and good luck in the summer. Everyone obviously played hard and were excited to get there softball fix. It was fun to watch and be a part of.

After spend the last 4 weekends with your young men and yourself. I would again like to Thank You for what you all do for yourselves and the girls. I also would like to compliment the young man who took on the plate this weekend. He worked really hard and care to do it right. He is a great representative of your program. Thanks!

It was a great weekend of softball. So nice to see the hard work our girls have been putting in the cages pay off. This was my daughter and I first time playing indoors. Pretty interesting. I would also like to thank the Sinclair baseball team for putting this together.
