 There is no pregame but there will be a small place to take soft-toss in centerfield that must be shared by teams.

There is no warm-up area. You get 5 minutes between games. Soon as game in front of you is over and teams are shaking hands get on the field and throw or hit ground balls. Pitchers warm up down right field line while game in front is still going on, stay alert for foul balls. Do stretching and be ready before game in front of you is over. Being serious, no warm up areas at all.

The pitchers warming up are allowed a "protector". Here is another excerpt from the General Rules:

 During a game, only the next games pitchers can warm up throwing during the game by throwing the ball down the rightfield line. Please have a player protect them while they throw. Max # down the line is 6 (3 for each team, pitcher, catcher, protector).

There's a fairly large area out in front of the Physical Activity Center. It's cement, but it wouldn't be any different than warming up in a parking lot. I'm not sure if they would frown on using that area for warm-up purposes or not.
