OKLAHOMA CITY – Jaci Smith of Oklahoma City University became Sooner Athletic Conference softball player of the week, and Emily Cerny from Science & Arts of Oklahoma reeled in SAC pitcher of the week for March 18-24.
Smith, a senior catcher from Godley, Texas, collected her third SAC player of the week nod of the season, while Cerny, a sophomore from Newcastle, Okla., picked up conference hurler of the week for the third consecutive week.
