ROCKLIN, Calif. - After dropping game one of the double header against William Jessup, the Lions came back with vengeance. With the conference title one victory away, Vanguard went off for 16 hits to oust the Warriors 15-4 to secure the 2019 GSAC Title. This is the third consecutive year the Lions have held at least a share of the conference's top spot, and the first year they won it outright since 2017. Vanguard ends conference compeition with a 20-4 record and is currently 37-9 with four games remaining.
