STEALING HOME

So a girl is able to steal home because of a passed ball or wild pitch. Who gets credit for the RBI?

I guess I can expand the question. If the ball is not put into play (i.e., the catcher throws to second to try to get a runner, and the runner on third goes home), who gets credit for the RBI?

Nobody gets an RBI in that situation. RBI will not automatically match runs scored. If a team has the same amount of RBI as runs scored, you know the person keeping the book doesn't know what he's doing.

Thanks Joe and congrats on the championship today.

We will have to get you some festive band-aids for your knee, since it looked like you passed on the wrap for the final game.

Thanks.

lol. I didn't realize you were there for the final game. I shed the wrap today and yesterday. It might ruin my tan, and that's more important than lingering pain in my knee.

I probably should have worn it, though. Not real bright on my part. Festive band-aids might be fun, though.

Hey Joe, congrats on your run up at Marysville! Sorry I didn't get a chance to stop by and chat like in Greenville, but I was really hopping around this weekend...lol. :)
