/\/\ I completely understand what you mean. It's easy to quote rules, but in practice it's tougher...everything's not black and white. If this were my kid, I'd be devasted, but I would understand that sometimes young adults (or my dad would call them kids) make poor choices.
In a few weeks, high school graduations will start commencing, I look at those students and wonder how will they will be able to function in the "real" world, they look like babies to me. How could adding a few years, help all young adults make better choices? It doesn't, people develop at different speeds.
