Just an FYI to everyone there was a new schedule sent out, I believe Wednesday morning. There were a couple of pool changes in the 10u and 14u age division and one game switch on field #4 at Candlelight in the 12u age division. If memory serves me correctly. Please look that over carefully!!!!

Also I sent out a roster earlier today. This is the roster that needs to be filled out and given to me when you check in. I have to send this along with paper work back to NSA.

Thanks

IMPORTANT ANNOUCEMENT: This only involves the teams playing at Willow Park. (10u Teams and the 5pm 14u game). Due to an event (skating cometition) going on at Willow Park, there will be about 200 people there that day, those games are moved to Bazetta Park. The Address is 2115 State Route305 Cortland, OH 44410. This address is to the lakeside sport shop right across from the park. You can not miss it!! You will be on the smaller field there (closest to the play ground). All teams that this affects have been emailed.

14u Final: Valley Extreme-Kiser over Sapphires 3-1 in a rematch from pool play.

Great game in the final, lots of scoring chances both ways. Congrats to an EXCELLENT VE-Kiser team, we always seem to have good games. Appreciate the work you guys do to put on a nice tournament.

Sapphires beat an aggressive Explosion team 6-2 to start the day, and then slipped by a young and talented VE-Heverly team in the semi-final 5-4. Impressed with both the Explosion and the Heverly team.

Fun tournament, thanks to our VE friends!

DADDY wants to congratulate the DAUGHTER DICE for going yard for the first time on Saturday against the Valley Extreme Kiser team. This is big for her after Kiser passed up on her at tryouts. DADDY advise put it in their A$$ every chance you get!

Daughter Dice? .... oh, so THAT's what dd stands for ....

Daddy, I will join in the congratulations! Always great to see a kid grin ear-to-ear with excitement & pride. It was a laser beam over the CF fence, into the wind. You would have enjoyed watching "Daughter Dice's" new team mates give her the "beat down" after crossing home plate. Wgman was there to see it as well. I think THAT one was for you big dog :yahoo: ... She hit VERY well all weekend, even though distracted with her heart rightfully elsewhere. Cya soon ....

Congrats to the Valley Extreme Organization for putting on another excellent tournament. Explosion 14U had a very good experience playing some very good teams. Our team is looking forward to playing against these same teams next summer. Being a first year team that has only practiced for one month together this was a great measuring stick as to what we need to improve on. Looking forward to attending this well run tournament again next fall.

Mike, I was looking forward to seeing your Explosion team. Heard through the grapevine that you had a nice team put together. Watched for a little bit in one of the pool games, and then of course in our elim game. We were lucky, you guys were a key hit away from dropping the TKO in that 1st inning. Nice team, especially for a 1st year team. You guys are just going to get better and better. Love the aggressive play. Good luck to you guys!

P.S. - Saw your dd belt a couple this past weekend. What have you been feeding her? Is she playing football for you also, Free Safety?
