Anyone have an idea of how many players there are in an Ohio graduating class playing and what percentages of them go D1-2-3-4?

And don't forget about NAIA.

You could look at each team's roster on their web site, and do a head count of Ohio kids in each graduating class. There are 11 DI programs in Ohio, but I've never counted the other divisions. There were 2 Ohio kids in my DD's senior class, 2 Juniors, 1 sophomore, and 1 freshman.

With 18 on the roster this year, that's 11%

OSU Roster = 19

Freshman = 1
Sophomore = 1
Junior = 3
Senior = 2

Without counting the rest, I'm guessing these numbers are the norm. So, with DI, I'd say somewhere between 12 and 20 Ohio kids get recruited onto Ohio rosters each year. Each year there are DI transfers and redshirts, so that might skew the numbers slightly lower. But don't forget there are quite a few DI schools close to Ohio borders that grab quite a few Ohio kids.
