Perhaps an odd topic but oh well...

If your team uses wristbands for signals do all the girls wear them on their wrists?

Have seem some have them on the front on their belts.

Have also seen some have them in their back pocket and they pull them out to take the sign and then put them back.

Thoughts?

Our girls all wear them as intended. Either USSSA or USA softball specifically states in rule that players cannot wear them on their belt.

Heard the same thing about some org's not allowing them to wear on belt. As far as pockets go, if the coach is using them effectively and signing something most every pitch (including decoys when something could be on but it's not), it would seem a bit silly and probably very annoying to the other team and umpires if she was pulling a card out frequently.

On offense on there wrist. On defense signs pretty much done without them so pockets are fine.

It is more time consuming usually for players to look at their belt. In a timed game this can get a bit annoying
