Played in this tournament a few weeks ago and it rained very hard and very long, but the teams went into 2 hour delay and played all games with minimal inconvenience. Crush parents and field crew worked hard to keep things going. It ended up being one of the nicer "rain" tournaments our team played in. Very nice fields....drainage, pumps, etc.

Viper, I actually got to watch part of the last 12u game between Lasers Blue and Ohio Classics and I think Classics won 6-1 to get 1st seed , 2nd - Lasers, 3rd seed - Heat 97 and 4th seed - Crush I believe thats how it finished pool play!

Anybody know whether that was Classics 12U or 11U playing? Heard two different things.

It was the Classic's 12U team though they do have several 11s on it.

Classics defeated the Crush 14-1 in the finals.

The Crush improved tremendously over the weekend and will have a fine summer next year.

Well run tournament - would recommend it to others for next year.

Congratulations Classics. It was good playing you, and I'm sure we'll see you again. Maybe we'll creep a little closer. We'll play your second spot in the line-up a little different. Regardless, very well-run tournament. Fields were in good shape, but please leave a rake or two if it rains a bit, I'll be happy to smooth some spots out.

Very nice tournament Crush and kudo's to your parent's for getting the fields going on Saturday!

A little more heat next year would be nice, so turn the thermostat up about 5-10 degrees would be great

GREAT JOB CRUSH FAMILY!!!!! Props to the grounds crew, they did a great job as well!!!Congratulations to the MIAMI COUNTY BLAZE BLUE 14u. They will be a team to watch in every tournament they are in. Good coaches ,great pitching ,strong defense, and timely hitting!!Also congratulations to the Buckeye Heat 95. They also are going to be a great team to watch this coming season. They too have everything you need to be a GREAT TEAM!!! LOVED the Puppy that wanted to play catch with the disk! Overall, good weekend,but a little breezy on sunday, and of course SOME questionable calls by BLUE!! WHATS NEW!!!!! ha ha! GREAT JOB AGAIN CRUSH!!!
