This is used to show a hitter. Elbow/Knob/Release.
Shot this video a couple of years ago
This swing may not be perfect but it shows the player how to tilt and turn.
Pull the knob
Release the hammer.

SL, Off the original thread a bit but I watched your DD's YouTube reverse top hand drill video again. I noticed that she does an slight internal rotation of her front knee before she goes into her load, stride and toe touch. Is that part of her at bat sequence or something she does only during the tee work? I like it, it looks very smooth and is a nice transition into loading on the inside of her back foot. Just wanted your insight on that part of her hitting motion. Thx.

She is loading the inside of her leg and rear butt muscle/hip.

Load/Unload kind of thing

Howard teach's this, I am a firm believer in it.
