2008 NSA Peoria Il Question

I was wondering if anyone could tell me the protocol for the opening ceremonies for the NSA Nationals. We attended the 2007 PONY Nationals and when the girls did the parade of teams a majority teams had candy & beads that they threw into the stands. Being new to this event we weren?t aware of this but decided to make sure we have these items for this year. Well, we didn't win a bid to the PONY but won a NSA bid. Do they do the same thing at the NSA opening ceremony? In advance thanks for any responses to this question!

After the parade of teams, it's my understanding that the teams will gather in center field area to do gift exchanges, pin swap and pictures. Here is the link.

Thank you I saw that, but do you know if they are allowed to throw the beads and candy to the audience during the parade?
