Hitting and Hitters Discussion Best Bat for a Slapper

My DD has started slapping and I am considering getting her a new bat. What is the best bat for a slapper? Should I get a bat with a 12 or 13 drop or should I consider an end loaded bat in hopes of getting some "pop" from the bat? She is currently using a bat that is a drop 12 (30/18). She is a 10U and weighs about 75 lbs. Any advice or suggestions would be great.

just picked up the halo light. not end loaded and has a -12 drop. dd likes it because she went to a longer length (33) and still is light (21). got a lot of pop to it also, nice piece.

my DD has the demarini medusa..originally, i wanted her to have a long, light bat -12, and not too heavy to use like a RT....she didnt use it much in 12's, but she's pretty much straight left now in 14's...as a beginner bat it was fine, but my dd had trouble at first since she's kinda short and the bat is long, just fYI

My younger dd who is now 12 has been using a catalyst. She loves it. Plus she can get some pop on the ball when needed.
