If your dd hasn't had a chance to swing a Schutt bat they have ALOT of pop. All the models are composite with the red bat being double wall and the Bandit version coming in the smaller sizes for the 10, 12U's. IMO they are just as good as the Catalyst and Rocket Tech. I don't sell them, just letting everyone know.

Does anyone have any opinions about the 2006 DeMarini Evo? My DD has one and really likes it. I've hit with it a couple of times to see how the ball pops off of the bat and it really seems to fly off of it. Granted, I don't have a lot of other bats to compare it with, but I like it.

Anyway, apparently it is a closeout item now and can be bought cheap. Some say they've found it on eBay for $50 or less.

Has anyone used the new Easton Stealth. Great bat for baseball, but what about softball (very pricey).

The Worth Quad -9 (Copper Color). The best bat that no one talks about. My DD has swung the RT's in the past and hits the ball harder and farther with the Quad. IMHO the Quad is "hotter" than the RT.

The quad hotter than rt ? Ah did they make Worth stop making the quad like they did with Anderson and the RT ? nO ! Rocket tech is an endloaded bat that has a relative small sweet spot that if you hit it there is by FAR the best bat on the market. It is not for everyone .The Synergy is the most balanced weighted bat and has 1 of the largest sweet spots of all bats , so much so that Easton did not change the bat ,model or deisgn for 2007 -smart move ! The Catalyst is another Great bat a little more weight towards the middle and end of the bat than Synergy bat very nice. Louisville kept the same bat just changed the model# and color for 2007 to try to sell more and raise price. All 3 are great bats I recommend you swing all 3 before making a decision and remeber if your DD doesnt like the feel of the bat dont buy it ! ;D

My DD has been playing Travel Ball since she was 8. Two years ago we got her a Synergy. She loved it until it finally went dead at the end of last season. She is now 15. She wanted another one but I just could not help myself after seeing the Rockettech perform. I bought her the 07 model. It took us one week at the ballfield for her to get used to the "end-load". Once she adjusted she sarted cranking them out of the ballpark (200') which she had never done before. She has been playing in the Winter League at the Spano Dome and is hitting .500. The ball gets through the infield so fast the defense can't react fast enough. It even appears that her swing is faster (Is this because of the end load?). This bat, which we got in early October appears to be doing what I have seen the older models doing.

stsicks, the 2007 rocket tech is not even half as good as the 05 model's.Just to give you and example of how bad sales are for 2007 the price was $269 when it came out it is now done to $219 and dropping .It has gotten terrible reviews from many of the bat experts and I have swung 3 of them and dont think I would have any of our girls use them except cages !!
