I think that the original price for the '07s was $249, and who's selling them for $219? I'm curious...
I do think that the Stealth listed for $299 was the catalyst ( ;Dpun intended) for this bat price gouging.

Sometimes 04 RT's will show up on Ebay, but the price ends up around $300+. Ebay is also a good place to start shopping for the 05 RT, alot of 05's for good prices and a couple of 04's are listed right now.

Low N Way....just purchased 2 from E bay...Coach Tim. He has a number of 05s and 07s up for bid. You can send him your own bid and he will work with you. I got ours for 150. new 05s. I think he will be selling Catalyst within the next month. He was great! He split the shipping with us and had the bat here in 2 days. DD has always used Synergy, but watched youger sister kill the ball with a RT and decided to go that way and at that price, can probably get rid of them quickly if I need to! Got the rt for 10 yr old and 12 yr. old (30 and 31)

have tried the Schutt Bustos,, has such a small sweet spot i wouldent advise it for pre college dd,s..... my dd is breaking in a Rip-It as i type and we will see if it does what its supposed to do, for a kid that can swing it, the 04 and 05 RT,s are a pure weapon

Just ordered the Miken Halo light 19/31 for 10u DD has anyone had experience with it ?

I got the 2007 Rocket and i LOVE IT! Has great pop but you have to be strong to swing it i think!

My DD also just got her 07' RT and it has some real BANG (after the break in). ?She loves it!
Not for the weak.

what is the lightest weight the RT & Synergy come in. My problem is a 73 lb 12U DD. Can she use these bats .. I think they only come in heavy weights. Even stepping back in the box might not help enough to get it around with quicker pitchers.

both the synergey and the stealth have a -10 and since they are balanced have a nice even swing weight

LadyWarriers, your right the rip it does have pop, while talking to a rep from their company, was told that their biggest competition was the RT as far as the pop goes.... still waiting to get it used in a game situtation , all shes been able to do so far is do tee work on the field with it,,,, but from the tee is still putting it over the fence, will be interesting to see what it does to a pitched ball

We too, have 3 RIP ITS on our high school team. Takes some getting used to with the sound, but it really has a lot of pop. It swings light , even the 9 oz drop. I would advise anyone buying to go up 1 inch, i.e. a player using a 32/23RT could handle a 33/24 Rip It.
