OHSAA rule question

One of our JV coaches will not be at a game. What would need to be done to legally step in and help coach? Considering I coach a tournament team and 2 jv players and 1 varsity player is on my summer team so I am under the four player rule. And coaching summer ball is much more important to me then stepping in to help one game. I've read some of the OHSAA rules and they seem kind of vague to me but the penalties are pretty steep if you get "caught" doing something wrong.

You must be board approved, possess a pupil activity permit, have a sports med. certification as well as a valid CPR license, and done the online concussion course...and the AD of your school must have record of all this. I may have forgotten something....

All of what Knight said plus, current FBI and BCI backround check. all of which will cost you around $250.00 and it would take the ODE about 5 weeks to process your Pupil activity permit..

Yep that is what I kind of figured. Guess I will stand on the outside of the fence and keep my mouth shut.

Lets play what if, say for next year, would I still be able to coach tournament ball without getting the players or myself into any trouble.
