Question For "Eat Or Be Eaten" Coaches

Here's a question for those who coach in the "eat or be eaten" camp. You're coaching third base with runners on 1st and 2nd and your hitter drills the opposing pitcher with a comebacker in the (pick one) head, chest, or abdomen. Do you wave your runners around the bases and holler for them to "GO GO GO!" while opposing pitcher is on the ground writhing in pain? Or do you hold them up after one base and call time out so the injured player can be quickly attended to? I realize that the umpire should call dead ball if a player is injured bur we've all seen them asleep at the switch occasionally. I've seen this happen both ways but curious what people will respond in writing. Does it matter how bad you need a run?
