Are we playing ASA by the book this weekend - or will there be any tourney modifications? Just checking. Thanks.

I will send the tournament rules soon. There will be roster batting if you wish with unlimited field subs. 1 hour 20 minute time limit. PLAY BALL!

Note to all teams attending the SDS Summer Classic this weekend. The State of Ohio Balloon competitions are in Middletown this weekend also. Between games be sure to look to the sky, its quite a show:

We are putting in temporary fences on all 4 fields at 200'. We are hoping to see some homeruns this weekend. :yahoo::yahoo:

This will also provide more warm-up space for teams as well as space for spectators to watch the games without having to worry about foul balls.

Love starting out the tournament with the teams lined up for the national anthem.

Disappointing witnessing our opponents giggling and horsing around during the anthem, but was impressed with the other 2 fields I could see had 2 nice lines of players with their hands over their hearts!!! Good stuff!!! :yahoo:
