SEAA Pigeon Forge World Series SCHEDULE???

Anyone played in this tournament? Trying to find out the usual schedule i.e. does every team play the entire week? Just trying to take cancellation fees into consideration when researching hotels. Thanks in advance.

Been there 3 times, including last summer. If your team is 8u-14u the opening ceremonies are on a sunday. Your team will either play 2 games on Monday and have Tuesday off, or have Monday off and play 2 on Tuesday. Not many games played on Wednesday due to seeding process. They start double elimination on Thursday. Half the teams are eliminated by Friday night in all age groups, due to concerns of rain outs during the week and have extra time on Saturday/sunday.
Safe to say make reservations for Sunday night thru Friday night for sure. We made ours where we left on sunday even though if we was out by Friday night we had a couple days to enjoy it down there.

I was wrong in part of that. They do start double elimination on Wednesday and some teams are beat out by Thursday afternoon, if in losers bracket. Like mentioned above, half the teams gone by Friday evening. Tournament wraps up Saturday afternoon. I looked up last years results on the www.seaayouth.com site. Sorry for the lapse in memory on that part.
Its a good tournament and fun week down there for the girls.
