Dont know all of the "a" catchers coming back this year but i know you would be tuff finding a duo as solid as stibaner and graham at clay . They have been on the same teams since they were ten and eleven and i believe thats a big reason why stibaner is calling the game. Everyone chomping to get going on every team i bet. Lots of good pitching out there this year in the city.
The best catcher in the TCL hands down is Whitmer's Summer, 4 year varsity catcher been calling her own game since her freshman year. Best defensive and offensive catcher in the tcl. Erdman has been the varsity #1 since her soph. Year, so those 2 would have to be given serious consideration.
12 more days, 12'' of snow.
We wont need a count down we will just measure the snow outside.
hopefully we have an inch melt down every day and it will be like the ball dropping

lookin for some warm weather for sure, but that's highschool softball in northwest ohio! We should invite some of those southern teams up for a snowball toutnament... Played in a few of those, had a blast.
Its High school softball, one of the things most of us love about it, "any given day" really applies to our sport On Paper Clay would be my clear favorite to win the TCL. Last year a string of bad luck and bad judgement for Whitmer started in pregame of the TCL semi's, 2 days later they lost in districts to a team they beat a few weeks earlier 12-0. So yeah in Feb. Clay would be my favorite to win the TCL, but if Clay has some key injuries, seniorities or if they think they can mail it in against Whitmer, SUA, NDA or Central they could be upset.
YEA!!!! It's Here...they start today. Lots of talent in the TCL...should be a competitive year with the strong batteries around. Hope everyone stays healthy!
the two weeks just flew by. now to to get teams together and make thing happen. should be an interesting year. hope teams stay healthy and we all have a good year.
