I think he will use fences in most of the fast pitch next year. We have them. All $5000 worth of them from the Girls Youth World Series two years ago. Couldn't believe how much some stringy plastic costs! The labor is the big thing for us. They are labor intensive especially getting them taken down and taken down right especially when you have an adult tournament immediately following. We can't afford to let the Park sit empty on a holiday weekend so we fill in the third day of a three day weekend with adult tournaments .I think most of you probably realize we have our field crew (5 guys) there at night after games end and they usually are walking out as we are opening up in the morning and that's without putting up or taking down fences. The field crew not only gets the fields ready, but completely cleans the Park including blowing all the concrete and cleaning the Parking lot plus a lot more. I am sure there are very few parks that clean they way we do overnight to get things ready for the next day. But We will try our best to get those fences up for you guys. Until this year no one has really said to much about it. At least to us they haven't. AND thanks again for the props!
