something for winter discussion

that sounds better than "something to argue, chest pound , and fight about" ! Since winter has decided to come this weekend how bout a discussion of the studly teams for next year.

I'll throw out a few to begin the war , I mean , discussion.

12u: Got to start with lasers gold. experience experience and ...some more big time experience. (experienced at winning , not just competing either) Cinci Doom and Rays are knippin' at their heels. Doom got stronger with recent fall additions. please feel free to add what others will compete for top dog honors at this age group next year.

14u --again Lasers time --The red looked super the weekend I watched some of their games. They were playing up and still won some games. I did'nt count the slammers , they will be playing up all year. my brain is fryed , I'll need some help to get a more complete list. Valley Ext , Ohio Wave ? the 3-4 strong teams that moved up that looked good this fall (rays,doom,lasers silver maybe ice ? )

maybe I should ask " who pays the better fastpitch, northern or southern ohio ?" I can't even pick a fight LOL

How many players from up north are playing ball with central teams because of this perception. I haven't seen that many teams from the south that are better by far.

If you look at the High School brackets and who's been coming out on top in the last few years, it seems like teams from the North are better, at least D1, D2.

Excellent Tournament squads from the North...Sundogs, Sapphires, Ice, Wolfpack... just to name a few.

North vs South, East vs West, Central wants a piece of the action.

I like the North vs South thing, only if NIghtmare are classified as south, being Dowtown Columbus is the dividing line.

How do we get that All Star game going. North vs. South.. I've spent many a weekend in the north lately, and you would think that is the only place Fast Pitch is played in Ohio. Lot's of pride up there.
