Anyone else going to Myrtle Beach this week?

My dd goes to Manchester and their varsity team is playing in Myrtle Beach this week April 1-5. Is anyone else from Ohio going?

Ellet is down there this week. In the past there has been a few tournaments so not sure if they will meet.

I hear Medina is also down there. Any scores from them or Ellet? Manchester played at 8am today against a New York team and won 9-4.

Medina's bus was involved in that massive pileup in the fog in the mountains yesterday ... fortunately no one was hurt from the team ... read they were waiting for another bus to come down and pick them up to take them the rest of the way ... scary ...

I did hear about the Medina bus. Glad to hear that all were OK. I heard about it after I put my DD on the bus to go down there last night. A little scary. Midview is down there. They don't play their first game until tomorrow (Tuesday).

Yikes!! I'm glad everyone was OK. Our girls missed that by about 6 hours....thankfully they left early.

Medina's games were moved to 6pm, Ellet had a rain delay but 10 run ruled them by 10

Manchester played a Kentucky team at 12:00 and won 15-1.

Manchester lost to a South Carolina team today 0-2. I think they left their bats at the beach.

Due to rain in the forecast, they may be moving some of tomorrow's games to today.

Genoa Lady Comets went 3-0 this week in Myrtle Beach defeating Trinity HS from the Cleveland area 8-0
and sweeping Bellbrook HS from southeast of Dayton in a DH 10-0 in 5 innings and 3-1 in 8 innings.
