I personally enjoyed playing good competition this past weekend. I do not think that it is productive to banter back and forth the issues one team or another. I have been coaching for a long time and we need to make sure that we show all teams and dd the respect that they deserve. I respect the Sting Rays and Doom teams and coaches. I am new here coming back to Ohio from a 3 year stint in Texas, where they play very good ball. I was glad to see the level of competition that showed up and was especially impressed with the Doom and Sting Rays. As far as the Lasers go, the team will be fine. It is a great group of girls with alot of athleticism and pitching depth. The team is very strong behind the plate and has alot of speed. #13 will be a dominant pitcher for a long time to come. We will be watching her on TV in OK City some day. I personally look forward to playing the Doom and Sting Rays again soon.

Soooo Are you saying that they were there but you don't want to comment on the team? Nothing positive or good at all ?? wasn't really fishing for anything negative about another team - there's enough of that already on this post. We are playing them this weekend at the NSA Qualifier in Millersport and was hoping for a scouting report. Thanks Murph - I think that we will see you guys at least once this season. Good Luck

Sorry it took me so long to get online, however after the drive back home and missing two days of work alot to catch up on! However i personnaly want to thank each team that played. It was some great ball and I hope the winners are enjoying thier new backpacks. I'm working on a deal with some manufactures for next year and I think after all the suggestions pushing it back to 3 rd weekend of May. I have about $3000 of prizes from the manufactures currently..... Once again thank you and Good luck.

Hey Ron; Just something you may want to consider on the 3rd weekend in May - The Delaware Brown Jug Tournament and the Lancaster Early Bird Tournament will be the same weekend. Although different sanctioning bodies - might be tough to draw enough teams. Both of those tournaments are within 30 - 45 min of Berliner. JMHO Sounds like this past weekend was one to be in.

Your asking about the 12u Dragons Black that played last weekend. ?So it will be hard to get a scouting report since we didnt play ;D

Is your DD the long time (3 year) stud catcher for the Lasers Pink...now Lasers Silver? If so, you have a lot to be proud of as a father. We will certainly see eachother somewhere down the softball trail this summer. I wish I was as good with names as I am with faces...lol. Anyway good luck to both you and your DD this year.

#13 is a pitcher from the lasers silver
not as impressed as some on here,we played them 2 times this past weekend and she pitched in both games and we rocked her.she has alot of speed just not much movement.they found out the hard way when they left a pitch hang across the middle of the plate and it got hammered.if she is the laser #1 then they could be in for a long year.looks alot like laser pink all over again.its to bad

we will see because you have yet to see several top tier teams,lets see you are o and 5 against the top three teams in ohio with only one of those games being close and that team pitched their #3 pitcher against you.so yeah we will see.i hope you get valley extreme white again and the emeralds then we will
see.

I agree chico, why don't we let these 12yr old girls be 12yr old girls and play and have fun without trying to beat them down. The lasers have a pitcher that they are proud of, as many other teams do too. Whats wrong with that? :-?
