DD went to a Jenny Finch camp years ago and picked 52 it was one of the catchers at the camp but she gave Mal a couple of tips and she picked 52 instead of 27 surprised us a lot.

DD's all time favorite athlete is Michael Jordan. So you guessed it #23. Started with B-ball. When asked for softball, she replied "I didn't pick the # because basketball, I picked it because Jordan works hard to be the best." Loved that answer!

#77, DD wanted #7 in 12U but it was taken so she doubled it up and has kept is ever since because there just aren't that many around. She likes to stand out

My daughter is a pitcher and when she saw number 27 (Jennie Finch) pitching when she was little she has wore it ever since.

DD is #10. I don't remember how she arrived at it. Her first year of softball she was 2, next year 10, then the next year she was 42, then back to 10, when she got a chance.
