MustOhio, you may not be happy when I give you this info, but here is what I have found so far. Now keep in mind I'm not trying to "call out" any organizations that are not doing anything to promote their org's tourney or any of that such. I'm just very frustrated with the NAFA June tourney situation, and feel it is fair to outline for you what I know thus far.

On NAFA's web site, it does NOT list the June 26-28 tourney at Pastime. Please clear this up for us. If there is this much confusion as to whether there is an event there or not, it's going top scare off MANY people like me.

Sorry to bounce this issue back to you, but we need to fill the weekend of the NAFA event and will register for the NAFA event if we can get a better feeling that someone is taking the reigns on it.

I am attaching the registration form for Pastime. The NAFA tourney is not on the flyer but please use the registration form on the flyer and mark NAFA on the tournament line. Please return to the PO Box on the form to confirm your entry. The tournament is going to happen and entries are a little slow coming in as they are with some other tournaments as a lot of teams are waiting on funding but I have calls and E-Mails like yours. Until I get registration forms I can't give an accurate read on teams. Check back in a month and I can give you a better idea.

Marty is the one who told me
you were handling the NAFA tourney registrations since you are the Tournament Director. You may wanna get in touch with him so you are both on the same page. I guess in the meantime, I and the other teams I am coordinating summer tourneys with, will start looking at other options for that weekend.
