Do you have access to a wrestling mat? Put a big piece of cardboard or corrugated plastic (I get this off the packing for reels of fiber optic cable and it's perfect) on top of the mat. Then have them take off their shoes and practice with socks on.

If you are on a gym floor, put down a blanket and have them slide onto it. You just need something that will move with them.

The barn in Canal Fulton has dirt floors. If everyone has their sliding pads on, it is a good place to practice sliding.

This topic was covered a while, may want to check out the old threads on softball drills. You Tube has some videos of sliding drills, using two sheets of cardboard and also sliding on a wet tarp. With my DD's, I took them down to the ballfields when the infield was damp from rain but not slick, had them slide into the base from about 10-15 feet, after a while, seemed to get it. Also, her peers were sliding well so that was additional motivation for her.

When our girls were younger, we brought in one of the high school players to show them how to slide. It worked wonderfully. We used sheets on the gym floor.
