I have a stupid question about this, we have a girl on my DD team, great bat, great glove, just extremely slow around the bases. Is this something she should look into, and if so any ideas for Trumbull county area? Thanx
Thanks for all the ideas. As far as SPI goes, I would also recommend them since we did try them for awhile. I didn't feel that what they offered was what we were looking for at the time. It was a very very good over all program.
My DD and her two friends just finished a twice per week course at HIT (9 sessions plus scientific evaluation before and after). With three people it is $25 per one-hour session. They went for speed and got it!
Ive never been to one of these agility training centers so I dont know what they do. I know my dd used to be a snail on the basepaths. She took up track in middle school (not as a runner) and it has helped quite a bit. Shes still not going to catch her cleats on fire rounding second but she is at least average now. Sometimes participating in other sports and just growing helps. IMHO
