Hello everyone! I am looking for some speed/agility training for my 2 daughters, age 10 & 13. Central Ohio area. Any ideas/suggestions?? Thank you!!

Kris Lewandoski at The Force. We go to the Rocky River facility but there are other locations. He and his team are outstanding. My dd has been transformed as an athlete and is now pain free (patellar tendonitis). Rates are competitive, and as always you get out of it what you put into it.
