The schedule is up and what could be a sampling of a State D-1 finals preview will be Saturday.. Again "Could Be" so don't get overboard on it......
Darby 8-3 gets St. Mary's 0-0 .... Elyria 0-3 and New Palestine IN 2-1 in Wendy's all time records.

Wow. Keystone is the pre-season #1 in Divn 2 , and Elyria #1 in Divn 1 on current voting on J J Huddle. I attend this each year and will catch some of the Thursday and Friday night games. DD is playing in a tourney the 18, so I will miss the Saturday rounds.
The 2:15 game Saturday with Grove City vs Greenville will be one heck of a game. Grove City gets the #2 in the state in most pools. Rich good luck on Saturday Greenville is playing a tough team. . I would love to watch those games.

SBFAMILY You couldn't have said it better. When I saw the match-ups last night thats the one that caught my eye.
For anyone who is not familiar with the Lake Park team out of ILL, they are always awesome. We have played them a few years ago up there and they had 9 players who were signed D-1 including a pitcher who had not lost in her 4 year high school carrer. In fact they are a perfect 6-0 All-Time in their two visits to the Wendy's.
Should be a great weekend any way you look at it. There are so many excellent teams in that event. If you love fastpitch softball and especially high school softball Ashland is the place to be that weekend.

It is only a opinion poll on J J Huddle. Thread is best high school teams this year. Not sure if you can put alot of stock in it, but the teams mentioned are all playing this weekend. Watching many of these teams play. I would say they have it close.

Calling for sunshine and 60s Thur,fri,Sat so by far the best strech of weather this spring for softball yet .Should be some great games to take in .Will be a little nippy after dark but at least its not sposed to rain or snow.
