I think i mgiht know who the number 1 pitcher is considering i play for the Nightmare. So dont try to talk like you know the whole team when you no nothing about the team. So maybe you get your fats right before you come on here agian and talk about who is the number 1 pitcher for another team when you dont even have any idea

Yes, little Sally McCoy is just 8 years old. (Actually, she just turned 8 last week) I happened to get a gander at the birth certificate at some gosh dang tournament last year. I believe it was the Betty Sue Bip Invitational. Johnnies forgot about that one !! I seen little Sally hit a couple dingers in that game. What a sight!! Must have gone 250 ft. Little Sally can plumb hit the ball !!

I think it is time for a couple of players to stop typing and practice spelling. I would never want my daughter to play for either of your teams. It makes me sick to see such bashing by a couple of young kids. Where are your parents? My kid would be grounded from the computer for this kind of trash talk.

I saw GC Nightmare play twice in Massillon. One game they looked rough, was told #3 was pitching, kicked a lot of balls around. Saw them play later, and it was a different & much sharper team. Saw the same mysteries of up & down from "other" teams too this weekend, day to day. Guess that happens a little this time of year ?:-? . Also, can 3 missing girls still in school ball make a difference? - I think so, especially if girls are shifted all over the place in the absence of a few, not to mention who the 3 are (like a dominant pitcher whose team is still fighting in the state tourney for example??). Don't know where they will rank once all teams jell this summer, I would bet they will be tough though. Laser Green & Orange, and the Ice teams will be pretty tough to beat though in another month, or so (plus others).

i wasn't posting to start anything i just wanted to see what other people thought about the teams in Ohio. I do think it's sad that there is bashing going around.

We lost to good teams this weekend, and they deserve the wins as they earned them. ?It doesn't matter who is pitching or catching or hitting, we expect to do well with whomever is playing. ?The Nightmare lost, period, so we need to improve. ?
?Please do not disrespect or slight any teams by wishing and hoping for who wasn't there, because for all we know, those players may strike out every time and make 15 errors. ?We have 4 pitchers, and hope that each one is number one when they throw. ?Don't make excuses on who is pitching and who isn't pitching.
?Those teams beat us with our best nine this weekend, and that is all that matters (and the Ice did dominate us and it wasn't against a "#3" pitcher). If you want to play at this level, you must be strong one thru 12.

Hey, I could care less who everyone thinks is #1. I'm just so happy that one of my DD's, who has shown no interest in bats, balls or anything else softball related for the past 9 months, decided on her own to play this weekend!!! To see that spark in her eyes again, not only during the tournament, but during the ride home and into the next day is priceless.
So in short, you can have all the #1 rankings thats out there. I'll enjoy the possibility of watching all my girls playing again!!!

The tournys start in a couple of weeks so we will soon know who has the bragging rights, it will be great to see all the girls back together on the same field, this is going to be a great season ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D

I know this is going to sound kind of corny, but instead of bragging about who is #1 and denigrating other teams and all of that, everyone should be celebrating the fact that there are so many excellent teams against whom to compete. What fun would the summer be, and how would players fully test their abilities, if all the teams mentioned above didn't have each other to go up against? Any time you are presented with strong competition, that is a reason to be happy.
