Has anybody been able to get their level 2 done? I have been trying for two months, everything from inncorrect password, even when they send me a new password. Or site is down until December 09.

I had to go in and create a new account for this year. Last fall I did level 1 and quit after completing it. The certification ended on Dec 31 2009. I had to go back in and create another account and start all over again. After creating my account, I was able to go through all four levels. Level 1,2 and 3 have video and questions over the video. Level 4, has no video and they ask you 25 questions. So yes, I was able to go all the way through the available levels.

When I logged into my account it shows that I did not complete Level 1 but I did and I have the card. Anyone have this problem?

I hate to re-register because I will have paid for level 1 twice , and they took my money last week for another background check even though I can no longer log in. So to get my level 2 I will have paid for three background checks, and level one two times. Very frustrating, however today is not a bad day to get it done.

I know the benefit of the system but if they really cared about anything but the $$$$$$$$$$ we would not be going through this

I just dove into trying to upgrade to Level 2 and had the same problems noted previously by others. Has anyone gotten a resolution yet? I agree I'm not paying for Level 1 twice.

I just spoke to Warren Jones and he told me that this is a known problem with the website and it is being worked on. ETA on a fix is "hopefully in a couple of weeks".

I finished my level two last weekend, only after getting ASA on the phone to fix the password problems. They actually used the go to meeting.com service to clean up the problems. If you thought level one was a waste wait till you finish level 2.

I Just finished my Level 2 today with no problems, except for trying to stay awake.

Wow alot people complaing about the money$$$$$$ if its a rule its a rule. Thats what we are teaching right? Play by the rules which extends to life not just ball. I find that the background check is what most parents are concerned with. Im not a coach and i took just in case i ever have to fill in. Wouldnt want to jeopordize anything for a field of hard working girls. So my subtle though quit crying and take the test.

I went through the ACE certification last year. We still haven't received our card.

Slapper- while I agree the rules are the rules, if you've gone through the ACE lessons, you would agree that the money would be better spent on No-Doze...or wiffle balls (right cgs!). The ASA is leaning towards the money-grubbing N$A. I certainly hope it ends soon.

HS coaches already jump through these hoops with the background checks, Sports Medicine, etc. Why can't that be proof enough without having to pay ASA too?
