The prices at Compuware have always been fair and I think they get free rooms for umpires(not sure about college coaches)

Usually a TD can make arrangements with a motel for .. if I sell 15 rooms at your motel.. give me a free one. Most will do so.

Then you give those to your out of town umpires and coaches.
