I WAS there waiting for my niece's game. I was drawn to this game because it was a good game. Both teams are very good teams. But rather than let his players learn to adjust or learn to find a pitchers tells, this coach chose repeatedly to yell out. His team is a great hitting team so this struck me a showboating and being an overall dillhole. After talking to some others and finding out who this guy is, I can honestly say that, sadly, this behavior does not surprise me based on his reputation. My point is, these kids are smart and passionate enough to be taught how to read a pitcher and how to adjust. Coach your kids instead of making joke of the game.
I have learned NOT to rely on what others say about people....9 times out of 10 it is very inaccurate. I do not feel as if anyone should go on a public forum and bash anyone personally if you have NEVER interacted with that person, I also teach that to my 10 year old!!
I enjoy most of the posts on here and find most of them informative, however, I have also learned to ignore ones like the above.
