ASA Tournament RIP-IT FALL TOURNAMENT ASA QUALIFIER Oct 16th - 18th

All age groups 10U / 12U / 14U / 16U / 18U

ASA "A" Eastern National Qualifier for 2010 (Get qualified early)


The tournament will be held at the Stebbins Field Complex in Greenville, Ohio. New for the 2009 season the Stebbins Field Complex will feature plenty of indoor restrooms and an awesome concession stand with a great selection of quality food at fair prices.

The Format will be a 4 GG, with 2 pool games then seeding into a Double Elimination tournament. Two ASA licensed umpires will be used per game (for every game) and the time limit will be 1 hour 30 minutes. If 7 innings were not completed when the time limit is reached then it will be completed. There will be no ties. ITB will be in force if needed. The fields are raked and lined between every game as always.

We always draw some of the top teams from Ohio and Indiana and we expect the same this Fall. Be sure to get in early as space will be very limited this season because we added the 18U age group after many requests.

Wave, 1 of the better fall tournaments we attended last year you guys did a great job. 1 suggestion thoughcan you make it 3 pool games and double elimimination instead ?

what will the format of this tourn. be? 2 pool w/dbl elim. or 4 pool w/single elim. Also, will 12-u games be played on Friday?

KW, 2 pool then DE.

Not sure about Friday yet, way too soon to tell.

We already have 3 or 4 16U teams committed, and 3 or 4 12U that I know of. I will update the list when I get back. Space is limted if interested. Also this is an ASA "A" Eastern Qualifier.

I will update the list in the next few days. Just got back from nationals and I could not be farther behind then I am right now. I will pull the list together and post it soon. I know that so far 4 or 5 12U teams have said their coming and 3 or 4 16U teams and a handfull of 14U teams. Last year we sold out pretty early and evn had to add a few diamonds.
