Best pitchers in O H I O 2010

So Ohio lost a lot of good pitchers last year but there are some great returners and sure to be some good newbies! Who are the pitchers to look out for in 2010?

I was able to see Erin pitch last year, I have to say I came away very impressed. Anybody know what high school she plays for?

I believe Erin Gabriel is a sophmore in the Boardman Ohio area, saw here at Queen of Diamonds last year - legit 64-67 on the gun - witnessed it with my own two eyes. This year at the Queen of Diamonds was impressed with Montana Wear - filthy stuff - consistent 60-61 (brought my own gun) - and yet the best thing I liked about her was her personality - I believe she plays for the Cincy Doom!!

Montana and her family are good people, I hope she does well when college selection time comes around

call it a hunch, Montana will do fine when the College time comes, she had many MAC schools asking me about her, and all of them thought she was better than MAC.....time will tell.

Gabriel is a big time talent, seen her last summer and 2009 QDSN. But I wanted to know if your saying MAC schools asked you about Montana then said she was better then MAC teams? If so MAC schools need to take a lesson or two in recruiting lol

Guess since I am being put on the spot, i will quote the Eastern Michigan coach/recruiter - she told me directly she thought she would have a hard time getting Montana for 2 reasons, one being she is an Ohio girl (whatever that meant) and two she thought she would get better offer than the MAC. Take it for what's it's worth....trust me I have zero agenda,.....just a coach at the Queen of Diamonds.

I wasnt trying to put you on the spot, I was just suprised to hear that many MAC schools were asking about a kid only to say she was to good for the MAC.

The pitcher at the Queen of Diamonds North is Brittany Flanigan. She also got MVP for her batting as well as pitching. She is a real deal!!

Montana Wear is a very good pitcher, and an even better kid. Her dad Rob is a great guy too.

Another very good pitcher is Kelly Benhase from Glen Este. Great kid also with great parents.

I believe Montana is a sophmore and Kelly is a junior this year.
