I thought so - my daughter is 9 as is most of our team. Some teams we play have had some girls that looked like they drove to the game. One in particular looked like a highschool senior. I asked them and they told me they had 6 11 year olds.

I'm not letting my daughter drive until she's 13.

If they would turn say 15 as of 12:01 am on Jan. 1 they can play 14u
