Phoenix Summer Slam 2007 Pony National Qualifier

Phoenix Summer Slam 2007 Pony National Qualifier will be held June 29th to July 1st in Lancaster, Ohio. Divisions will be 10U - 18U with a maximum 8 teams per division. It will be a 5 game guarantee (weather permitting ) with 3 pool play games and double elimination format. The winner of each division will receive a free berth to the nationals. Entry fee is $375.

What does that mean "a free berth to Nationals"? I think PONY last year was 500 or 550 , plus the 300 housing allowance. Normally all you are awarded is the berth and you are still on your own to pay the entry fee.
