*PLEASE KEEP IN MIND THIS IS THE TOLEDO CITY LEAGUE
What is THAT supposed to mean!!! TCL has had some GREAT talent in recent years and still has Two of the best teams in NWO along with one of the TOP pitchers at SUA. It may not be as good as the NLL from top top bottom but 1 thru 4 it still competes with any other league. JUST MY HONEST OPINION!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I understand about the other 4-5 teams but do not put *`s behind numbers for who they play. The players do not have a choice in making the schedule. And btw I beleive MOST of the teams that are on top of TCL that play the "lower #`s" in TCL do not start the aces on there staff, so some of those stats my not reflect there opponents.

Good point 643dp---I think we're all adults and understand the facts of life and realize that many schools in the Toledo City League have not had the advantages of some of the other city schools, to say nothing of the outlying suburban districts.

I know for certain that there are many outstanding athletes in these schools who would excel at ANY sport they were exposed to and supported in, but let's face it, competitive softball is not cheap, and requires A LOT of parental support, that many of these girls just don't have. :'(

You take basketball or track, where most of these schools have traditionally concentrated their efforts, and they will kick your behind up and down the block (and make you grateful to them for it ?;))!!!

I feel if these schools were exposed to softball as much as the schools we usually rattle on about, and had the funding for it, they would show us ?ALL what to do with our asterisks.

I saw Clay play about 6 times last year and the only game Holmes didnt pitch was against SV, and she wasnt playing in that game.

I saw SUA quite a few times and Schultz was the pitcher every game I saw.

The only NDA game I saw that Gramling wasnt pitching was against Springfield, I think she was sitting but maybe just hitting. They had to bring Gramling in that game though, they were getting shelled.

So in short, I dont know lol, Gramling played SS at the end of her Soph. Year, or was atleast at SS against Whitmer in 2006.

I do know ALL 3 are really good hitters and should help themselves in the circle this year.

I know from watching all last year and some sumer ball that Schulz's plays first and could also play outfield but don't count on it.
