Oddly enough, Barry, I was thinking today about putting a little extra aside as a gasoline fund.

Can't wait until summer. I look so forward to the sounds of our game. The sounds of the girls cheering, The excitement and their laughter. Their beaming faces after they have made a great play.

It is so cool to see the girls make friends from other schools and build friendships that will last a life time.

Most of all, It's neat to see our players improve from a week to week. It's neat to see them work so hard and watch every thing materialize right in front of them.

I look so forward to helping them learn this game and how to play it to the best of their ability. I love to help them build their confidence so they can go out and be the best that they can be.

This game is set up for succcess and failure. Either way, it is my hope to teach them how to become winners. Watching them grow through the summer is perhaps the biggest reward.

What I look forward to the most is seeing old friends and making new ones.

Have a great summer everyone!

I'm looking forward to seeing dd play with a great group of young ladies at a high level and some great coaches that care about this group of young ladies and see them make it to the next level, most will be heading off to college after the summer including my dd :) hope they have fun this season and make memories that last a life time.

I am looking forward to the challenge and change in philosophical ideology. This season will be about playing against the stiffist competition we can face and the development of a team of all 99's with winning being secondary. And walking tacos...definitely walking tacos.

Looking forward to jelling with some new players on the team, facest the toughest competition that exists in the state and seeing how mentally strong our players are. Having been in the game for a while, it is always about the journey not the destination. Looking forward to our players getting some attention from college coaches and seizing the moment. In 16u, it is about winning but equally about putting these girls in situations that they can succeed and helping them reach their goals. Not looking forwad to having to remind them to stay back and let the ball get there because the 43 ft. thing is a big difference but hopefully, HIgh School helps. Most of all, looking forward to spending some time with the girls and their families as we have some quality people associated with Championship Fastpitch! Thank you Mike for getting this thing off of the ground.

All the above.. but the girls and coaches are most excited to get to go to Oklahoma this June for the HOF ... don't really no what all to expect except great SB and hopefully watching the final game of the college WS when we arrive. Everyone we have talked to has said what a great experience it is ... can't wait to find out.

To play on the field there in OKC would be quite an experience. I was fortunate enough to catch a couple of the World Cup games there last July, and it is a beautiful facility. Good luck on the trip out, and enjoy.

Ah, the dreams that inspires. Our dd's dream season continues -- team had uni fitting day today, and she loves the look - scalloped back, 3 tops, shorts and pants.

Looking forward to coaching my hs team for the last season. Looking forward to watching DD take the circle, with her battery mate behind the plate. They are both seniors, it's been one heck of a ride. The last hs game is going to be tough, very tough on me, her mother, and the head coach. I know life goes on, as she will be playing in college, but it's been really special being able to be on this ride with her, my daughter has taught me a lot and I hope she has learned from me as well. I've gotten a lot of great advice from fellow ofc'rs and I want to say thanks. It will also be her last summer playing summer ball as she will turn 19 in October. We have made so many good friends with the Stingrays Morman team......friendships that will last a lifetime. Good luck to all players this school year and this summer. You parents of the younger kids, enjoy it and treasure every moment, it seems like yesterday I was watching her playing in 12u......time goes by so fast. This sport of Fastpitch Softball is just awesome.

The circle you speak is the circle of life. Our oldest dd is 31, and the youngest is in the 8th grade. We've been there, and we got a chance to experience it again.
